The staff was extremely helpful. They provided an easy check-in and a late check-out. - the location was the best possible for walking around the Star Gold Coast. - the beach restaurant was fantastic with a good choice of meals on the menu.

The service is incredible with free parking available and fab meals. Make sure you stay in the apartment with the view of the ocean. The staff are very friendly and caring. Offers perfectly comfortable and handy location in a fairly quiet area.

The bathrooms are tired.

The location of this place was perfect for me because it was close to the Sunday markets, the beach, shops, the exhibition centre, and the coastline park.

Everything seemed great, pretty friendly staff, impressive rooms. Greatly enjoyed our rooms with twin beds. The location was marvellous and fab, for example, The Oasis Shopping Centre was not too far away from the hotel. A wide array of options nearby, we visited cafés and eateries next door to the venue.

I had a wonderful 4-night stay here! the staff was very amiable, which made me feel welcome. - the location was excellent and lovely, with the beach just blocks from the hotel. - Being in front of bars and cafes was a bonus.

I liked the location; the beach was across the street, and a strip of restaurants were just around the corner. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The choice of TV channels was very poor- it would've been nice to have more to choose from. Also the view from the balcony had no privacy at all so we couldn't open the curtains at all. And $5 a day for wifi that was poor in strength is not a value-add. A change of rooms is $50, which is not worth it, and the executive suites (which are really nice) were the same rate as what I would get for a nice hotel room at surfers paradise, so again not really a value-add.

The stay at Hi Ho Beach Apartments on Broadbeach was possibly the best and great. the location is incredible, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, shops. Staying in a smaller establishment was a nice change from the impersonal high rises.

Great location close to the beach and CBD but not too noisy. Has a pool/spa/restaurant on site - but there are so many lovely restaurants around you have to get out and try them all!! :D Broadbeach is THE place to stay on the Gold Coast!

The location is incredible, in a good area near the beach, shopping center, supermarket, and restaurants. the staff is amazing, making check-in easy and running a fantastic bar.

Extra room unexpected, dryer and washing machine included.

A little sparse with the comforts - but was because it was beside the beach and probably needs to be hosed down from sand regularly. TV was hard to get going.

Location was very good. Units are being updated, but building is old

The elevator did not match with the floor level, which is very dangerous.. The parking space for units never matched and were always taken, (staff were helpful with this)
